Overview of Daniel BOLLINGER 's Skills.    

 

Daniel BOLLINGER studied at the University of Paris and obtained a Diploma in Law (Doctorate Level) and a degree from the Institute of Political Sciences. He presents himself as "an independent and international consultant in change management".

In 38 years of professional experience, 25 of which he was employed by the CEGOS Group of consultants (from Junior engineer to Principal Engineer then to Chief Engineer and finally Director of the Central and Eastern European Department) he has carried out numerous assignments related to studies, consulting, training and organisation in 44 different countries (Central and Eastern Europe - Maghreb - sub-Saharan Africa - Caribbean - Central and South East Asia).

He has specialised in strategic advice leading to establishment or to modification of organisations, in connection with Government agencies (Presidents' Offices, Ministries) or with respect to government-owned or private companies in highly varied businesses and professional sectors. He possesses solid knowledge of service contract procedures of the European Union, the World Bank, the Regional Development Banks and the "Agence Française de Développement". 
He has managed numerous different international projects and has practical experience of the conception and management of each step of the project cycle (from the selection until the post evaluation). His greatest pleasure: "helping my customers use my methodologies to find a practical solution to problem they identify themselves".
